Fredrik O. Smith co-founded the studio in the heart of Milan in 2006 with his Italian partner after having studied and worked in Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, USA and Japan. Fredrik is an award winning designer in consumer branding, packaging design and corporate identity with a vast experience in the luxury, fashion, financial, food, wine & spirits, entertainment and hospitality industries. He has been an art and creative director in several leading international design consultancies for over fifteen years. He’s curious about diverse cultures, played in a rock band in Los Angeles and attended the royal school of Sigtuna Skolan Humanistiska Läroverket. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design from Art Center College of Design, is a frequent lecturer and holds masters courses in branding and product design at some of the most influential design schools.
