Our team was tasked with a significant challenge: Vicenzi were faced with a large volume of unsold inventory every season, and we saw this as a unique opportunity to innovate and revitalise their brand strategy.
We had a remarkably simple idea—sometimes, a small concept that could easily be overlooked in the larger context of big business can have a significant impact. At Christmas time, abundance in the retail sector is the norm, and Mini Voglie is no different in offering a plethora. Our goal was to explore creative solutions that would not only help them avoid excess stock after the festivities but also turn this situation into a compelling success story with an idea ever so so simple—the Christmas edition metal tin adorned with a striking festive bow, transforms into a vivid and happy design suitable for Easter once the bow is removed, aligning with a simple and universally appealing concept that amplifies its joyful spirit.
The limited edition tin of Mini Voglie was a big hit at Christmas, and what little was left after the festive season, went at Easter with the nude look. No overstock and no waste for a lighter, more sustainable future together.
